ReaLinks (https://www.realinks.net) is owned by X-Raym (Raymond Radet).

The website is hosted by o2switch SARL (http://www.o2switch.fr), RCS Clermont Ferrand – France.

In respect of European GDPR, I will try to keep the number of ads, tracking data and user data as low as possible, and to have most of features built-in right in the website to keep third party services at minimum level. Though, some features do need explicit user data consent (Comments and Newsletter), see below for details.

Analytics

This website uses the GDPR compatible StatCounter web tracker for browsing analytics. Data sent to this third-party service are totally anonymous.

Emails

Every emails collected in a particular context (newsletter, comment post, comment subscription) will only be used for that context, and can be deleted from the database at any time at user subscription from this particular context.

Emails list isn’t shared with any third party service.

Newsletter

You are free to subscribe and unsubscribe to the email newsletter at any time.

By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to send your email adresse to this website database, as this is a necessary requirements to be able to receive the newsletter.

User email is deleted from database at user suscription.

To subscribe to the website anonymously, you can consider RSS Feeds type of subscription instead of emails.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Name doesn’t requires to be your legal name. Emails are used for spam detection.

Subscribing to comment answers could be done anonymously with RSS Feeds of the post comment section, or via email. This last option requires the user to give explicit content for email storage in the website database for the duration on the subscription. A user can unsubscribe to email comment notifications anytime, which will remove his emails from the related database section.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Comment Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site a session cookie will be created so you can edit your comment during within the next 48 hours. The cookie is deleted by your browser after this period.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
